Human-centred mobility consulting for governments, researchers, and public organisations.

We help create more inclusive, accessible, and sustainable mobility systems by combining scientific research with over 20 years of policy experience.

A balanced mobility system is one in which people do not have to choose between ideological transport identities, but can choose the mode that best fits their changing circumstances throughout life.

Beyond Mobility explores how balanced, people-centred mobility systems can improve accessibility and participation throughout the life course. The platform combines over 25 years of professional experience in mobility planning with ongoing PhD research at Radboud University.

Beyond Mobility brings together three complementary perspectives:

Policy
More than 20 years of experience developing mobility policies and strategies for local government.

Research
PhD research at Radboud University and internationally published work on inclusive mobility, accessibility, and transport behaviour.

Practice
Experience translating scientific insights into practical, implementable solutions that work in real-world contexts.

This combination enables us to develop mobility solutions that are scientifically sound, politically feasible, and focused on the needs of people.
